I live in city of pune, The Oxford of East, Detroit of East etc. I don't knnow since when the city started to buzz so tremeandously, but my stay in pune for last 2 years have gained good amount of experience. I met with lots of new people in company, who are from different cities, different states of India. The software buzz in Pune have attratced lots of people here. Pune has its own speciality, it has a good cliamte(though not so good now), nice envoirnment for families, old citizens, so people are ready to come here. Now Being a part of Maharashtra, after Mumbai, Pune becamethe multicultural, multilingual cosmopolition city rapidlly.
I met with my colleues in ofice daily, work with them, debate with them on issues like EPL, Cricket, movies. Now since Mr. Raj Thakare has stated that the UP-Bihari people have tiraded the Marathi culture ,& he has given good points & examples, lots of marathi people like me are in dileama while judging the non-marathi people. I am agree with the Raj Thakareji in many points like 'politicians of UP-Biharis have destroyed their states,they intentionally did not allow the states to be proressed' or 'Most of the non-marathi people are not intrested in learning marathi or communicate in marathi' 'They donot respect the marathi culture' ,or 'lots of migrant people live & earn illeaglyy'. So i am angry & frustrated in these facts that the people who earn their bread in Maharashtra are not respecting its culture & if try to concern them they behave arrogantly.
But on the other hand i am confused that , though this is a good issue, we have lots of other problems like poor electricity, poor infrastructure, poor management for water utlization, sucieds of farmers wheather the issue of migrants is that important. Yes it is totally wrong to under-estimate the natives but at the same time we should not look suspiciously at all the migrants.
When i prominantly start to speak marathi to other working marathi people like auto drivers, laundryman, hotel people, inspite of being marathi, they speak in hindi, eveni insist & continue with marathi, they are not that co-operative. you can easily live in maharshtra even if you don't understand marathi, this message is spread all over & thus people never copmlain of language problem. So while accusing migrants we also should pay equal attention to our own language.

आयुष्यावर बोलू काही!!
आयुष्यावर बोलू काही... साद गेली आणि संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्राने भरभरून प्रतिसाद दिला। चला दोस्तहो... आपल्या रोजच्या धावपळीच्या जीवनातून जरा वेळ काढू... विश्राम करू... या सुंदर आयुष्याच्या कवित्वाचा आनंद घेऊ.
संदीप खरे व सलील कुलकर्णी या दुकलीने आपल्या काव्य-संगीताने आज साऱ्या महाराष्ट्राला मोहित केले आहे। ना कुठले अवजड शब्द ना कुठली अवघड सुररचना, साध्या शब्द-सुरांनी प्रत्येकाच्या मनाला साद घालत, प्रत्येकाच्या हृदयातल्या हळव्या कप्प्याला स्पर्श करीत गेली १० वर्षे यांनी मराठी मनाला रसस्वाद घ्यायची संधी दिली.
"आयुष्यावर बोलू काही" हा अत्यंत रसपूर्ण असा अनुभव आहे. यातले प्रत्येक गीत, प्रत्येक कविता आपल्या दररोजच्या जीवनातील वर्णन वाटते. शीर्षक गीतच मनाला स्पर्शून जाते, विचार करायला प्रव्रुत्त करते. "गाडी सुटली" हे गीत तर मी आत्तपर्यंत ऐकलेले सर्वात सुंदर असे विरहगीत हे गाणे ऐकतना त्या कवितेतिल नायकाची अवस्था ही आपल्या जीवनातीलच एक प्रसंग आहे असे जाणवते. ती अवस्था ही केवळ प्रेयसीच्या विरहाची असावी असे मुळिच नाही, तर एका नात्यात गुंफलेल्या दोन जीवॅही कथा व्यक्त होते. ही कविता ऐकताना कायम मनाला चुटपुट लागते.
"नसतेस घरी तू जेव्हा" ही कविता तर फरच सुंदर, कविता जरी पती-पत्नी वा प्रियकर प्रेयसी यांच्या विरहाची असली तरी या कवितेतल्या विरहाचे भाव हे आपल्या जीवनात अनुभवयाला मिळतात। घरात आई जर नसली वा काही काळाकरिता ती घरात नसेल तर येणारी अवस्था अशीच होते, खास मित्रांपासून ताटातूट झाल्यावर पण निर्माण होणारी पोकळी या गीतातून व्यक्त होते.
"मी मोर्चा नेला नाही", "आताशा मी फक्त रकाने दिवसांचे भरतो", "देवा मला रोज एक अपघात कर" अशा कविता तर साध्या शब्दात सामान्य माणसाचे जीवन प्रतिबिंबीत करतात. "तुझ्या माझ्यासवे कधी यायचा पाऊस ही" ही कविता पावसाला आणखी सुंदर बनवते. "मन तळ्यात मळ्यात", "अताशा मला असे काय होते" या कविता जेव्हा सांगितीक रुपात येतात तेव्हा मनाला मिळणारी शांतता भावून जाते.
केवळ प्रेम, विरह, सामान्य माणसांचे आयुष्य एवढ्यापुरत्या या कविता मर्यादित न राहता "व्यर्थ हे सारेच टाहो, एक हे ध्यानात राहो, मूठ पोलादी जयांची, ही धरा दासी तयांची" हे भान आपल्याला देतात."नामंजूर" चा गर्ज करित प्रस्थापित रुढी परंपरा यांना आव्हान देतात. "तरूणाई" च्या भावना व्यक्त करताना "सांग सख्या रे" अशी विचारपूस करतात.
लहान बालकांना "बबलगम" देताना व त्यांना "सुपरमान" व वाड्यातल्या "बूम बूम बा" च्या गोष्टी सांगताना मोठ्यांना त्यांच्या बालपणीच्या आठवण करून देतात। अशा अनेक कवितांतून व या कवितांना मिळालेली संगिताची अप्रतिम साथीतून आपल्या आयुष्याचा प्रवास ऊलगडून जातो व शिर्षका प्रमाणे आपणही नकळत आयुष्यावर बोलून जातो.
केवळ अप्रतिम अशा या सांगितीक प्रवासाचा प्रत्येकाने किमान एकदा तरी अनुभव घ्यावा. माझ्यासारखे अनेक मंडळी या प्रवासात अनेकदा सहभागी होतात व प्रत्येक वेळी हा कार्यक्रम नवीन अशा सुखद समाधानाची अनुभूती देतो.
शेवटी संदीप-सलीलच्या शब्दात सांगायचे झाले तर,
" जरा चुकीचे, जरा बरोबर, बोलू काही,
चला दोस्तहो, आयुष्यावर बोलू काही"

Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj
"Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj" the pride of Maharashtra & whole India. The Born warrior, great leader, intelligent politicion, strong person with clean character, Raaje, is weak & strong pint of Marathi people.
Yesterday i listened anews that there are abouty 2,78,000 books on The Neopolean, written by various authors around world. But are there at least 2,78,000 pages written on 'Chattrapati'? This wad really sad for me & i feel the need of telling the great history of Raaje to all those people who know very little about Raaje.
The image of Chattrapati in the minds of non-marathi people, due to lack of knowledge & intentionally hided history, is someone who loots poor people & tried to establish forcfully marathi empire on them. They are not aware abour this great Man, & even marathi people do not bother to tel them proudly. I am not talking about the authors , politicion or some few activists who actually do not in contact with common people. I am talking about the common marathi people who should feel proud about Raaje, not only feel it but alsoshould create awareness about him in other non-marathi people. They may be your collegue or friend, student, neighbour, business partner & many more. It is more important to tell them by you as you are respecting Raje & proudfully telling about him to others, they will also start to respect.
It all should be done with proper media, references, strong data, good examples & neat decent language, which will be understood by them.For that we should read his biography, articles, papers, journals related him. We should visit the mighty forts built during his kingdom, not just visit but also shoul help those forts remain clean, smaal contributions to trusts or group who are working for forts can so much. By respecting our history & historical monuments, we are respecting ourselves & then other people will start torespect our history.
Don't blame to so called outsiders as they are not hailing "Shivaji Raje", as they don't know exactly why they should hail. Who would like to praise anybody whom you do not know neatly.

Gloty Glory United!!!
I started to watch football from college days, before that football was intresting only during its wold cup, else cricket was occupying my Life. Since i started to follow EPL (English Premiership League) My first team to be followed was ManU as i was only knowing about the Beckham , who was part od then ManU. So i started to follow ManU & it has never let me down on my expectations.
But i beacome hardcore fan of club when i met with some Football crazy people in office who were supporting Chelsea & Liverpool!Now i started to follow ManU enthusiastically & rivalry freinds gave lot of joy during the season of EPL 2007-08.
This Year ManU or Red Devills entered the Final of prestigious 'Champions League' & will also hold EPL Title So this year once again proved the glory year for Devills.
But i beacome hardcore fan of club when i met with some Football crazy people in office who were supporting Chelsea & Liverpool!Now i started to follow ManU enthusiastically & rivalry freinds gave lot of joy during the season of EPL 2007-08.
